CENTRAL MINISTRY FOCUS
We identify, recruit, train, and follow up students, workers, professionals, and business people contextually to be skilled cross-cultural ambassadors for God’s kingdom in the worldwide marketplace.
THEOLOGICAL FOUNDATION
Tent is an interdenominational company. The theological foundation is the Word of God as it is given in the Bible, and the biblical teaching on the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, as it has been explained in the Nicene and the Apostolic creeds. The Lausanne covenant forms the missiological and theological platform of Tent International.

PEOPLE WHO PRAY
We set aside time every day to ask for God’s guidance and pray for co-workers. We pray on our own and together with others. 1 Tess 5:17; Matt 6:6; 18:19.
PEOPLE WHO ARE BIBLE-CENTERED ON A DAILY BASIS
We spend time in scripture. The Bible is our roadmap and our highest authority in life and work. Psalm 119:105.
PEOPLE WHO HAVE JOY IN OUR WORK
We are people who have joy in our work and value professionalism and excellence. Whatever we do, we work at it with all our hearts, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Col 3:23.
PEOPLE WHO SHARE
We share the Gospel and the life we have in Jesus with fellow believers and with those who are yet to know him. We have a kingdom mind-set and share our resources freely with others. We rejoice when other branches in the kingdom are successful. Matt 28:18-20; Act1:8; Act 2:44; 4:32.
PEOPLE WHO DARE
We trust God’s guidance also when he leads us to places where our lives can be at risk. Matt 10:28-3; Luke 12:11-12; 1 John 4:18.
PEOPLE WHO CARE
We care for the needy, for each other, and for God’s creation.

We relate to others in love, and we follow the example of Jesus who came not to be served, but to serve. Mark 10:45.
